Conditions:

1. To honor this warranty, we require the original sales receipt. We do not keep copies of your receipt.

2. This warranty covers a one-time replacement per plant with like material or store credit, valued at the original purchase price.

3. 4” or smaller perennials are excluded from this warranty.

4.  All annuals are excluded from this warranty. This includes hanging baskets, herbs & vegetables.

5. Houseplants are excluded from this warranty.
